From their many travels through Spain, Jeannie and Chris Bone fell in love with the country’s warm culture and cuisine. In 2013, after more than a year of research, planning and finding the ideal location, they were ready to present Los Angeles with a Spanish restaurant that delivers a truly immersive Spanish dining experience – Casa Córdoba.
Jeannie and Chris arranged several inspirational trips for members of our kitchen team to travel to Spain covering all parts of the country. The first two trips focusing mostly on the Andalucía region of southern Spain and more recently traveling north into Santiago de Compostela, Asturias and San Sebastian.
Jeannie and Chris alongside members of our kitchen team shared a common experience of Spain’s culture and diverse culinary styles to stimulate ideas for Casa’s menu. Since then, our team has infused their interpretation of traditional Andalusian cuisine into Casa’s menu with new and exciting tastes. Today, Inspired by seasonal changes, Casa’s kitchen constantly evaluates and creates new dishes to offer our guests. We look forward to sharing our story of culinary experiences in Spain with you through our menu.
We hope to see you soon!
